Fordham Basketball Hosts Maryland Eastern Shore on Saturday

Bronx, N.Y. (November 29, 2014) - The Fordham University men's basketball squad will continue its 2014-2015 season, the 112th season of basketball at Rose Hill, on Saturday afternoon, November 29, as the Rams host the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Hawks in the historic Rose Hill Gym at 4:00 p.m.
 
Fans attending the Fordham NCAA FCS championship football game earlier in the day can receive a special $5 general admission ticket to the basketball game by showing their football ticket stub at the door.
 
The game will be broadcast live on SportsNet NY (SNY) with Gary Apple (play-by-play) and Vin Parise (color) announcing and online on the Atlantic 10 Digital Network. The game will also be broadcast on WFUV (90.7 FM ) and www.wfuvsports.org and can be followed live via livestats. Follow the links above.
 
Fordham enters the game with a 1-3 record following a 64-57 loss to UMass Lowell in the Rose Hill Gym last Sunday. UMES enters the game with a 1-6 record after a 58-55 loss to Bucknell in Toledo in the Legend's Classic on Tuesday.
 
Saturday night's contest will be the first meeting between Fordham and UMES on the hardwood. The Rams are 4-2 all-time against schools currently in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC)America East Conference.
