Richmond, Va. (January 29, 2014) - The Fordham University men's basketball squad continues their 2014 Atlantic 10 season as they travel to Richmond, Virginia, to face the VCU Rams in the Verizon Wireless Arena at the Stuart C. Siegel Center inside the HDL, Inc. Athletic Village on Wednesday night, January 29, at 7:00 p.m.

Fordham enters the game with an 8-11 overall record, 1-5 in the Atlantic 10, after a conference loss at Massachusetts on Sunday afternoon. VCU enters the game with a 16-4 overall record, 4-1 in the Atlantic 10, after a 97-89 double overtime conference win at La Salle on Saturday.
The Rams will be led into the game by the top scoring backcourt in the Atlantic 10, senior guard
Branden Frazier, a preseason Third Team All-Atlantic 10 pick, and freshman guard
Jon Severe, a product of Christ the King High School. Severe, a four-time Atlantic 10 rookie of the week, is averaging an Atlantic 10-best 20.2 ppg, second best among all NCAA Division I freshmen, while Frazier is right behind him, averaging 18.7 ppg, third in the conference.
Over his three-year career, Frazier has netted 1,4015 points, good for 12
th on the Fordham all-time scoring list.
