With the start of the 2013 Atlantic 10 season just one week away, Coach Gini Ullery and the Fordham volleyball team will head to New Britain, Conn., for their final non-conference tournament of the year on Friday.
The Rams, who have dropped two straight and currently sit with a 6-6 record, will kick-off play in the CCSU Invitational against NJIT on Friday night at 7 PM. Â The Rams are no strangers to the Highlanders, as the two teams played each other twice last season. Â NJIT enters the CCSU Invitational with a 2-7 record.
Fordham's final two contests of the weekend will come on Saturday, when the Rams take on Hartford (3-9) at 11 AM followed by the host-school, CCSU (5-5), at 6:30 PM.
