BRONX, N.Y.- Fordham looks to sweep a three-game homestand on Monday night, welcoming the American University Eagles to the Rose Hill Gym at 7 PM.
SERIES HISTORY: Fordham and American will meet for the second consecutive season on Monday. Â The Rams torched American in our nation's captial last season, as four Fordham starters reached double figures to down the Eagles 71-50. Â The Rams' 71 points that afternoon tied for their second highest point total of the season.
Overall, Fordham and American are split at two wins apiece in four matchups, with the Eagles' last win coming in December of 2007 in Washington.

SCOUTING AMERICAN: Â American enters the game having just suffered their first loss of the season on Saturday against Quinnipiac, 68-66. Â American trailed by seven late and tied it up down the stretch before eventually falling to the Bobcats on the road. Â
Prior to Saturday's loss, the Eagles were 3-0 in their first three contests, even picking up a win over UMass. Â
Through their first three games, American had four players averaging double figure scoring numbers, led by Alexis Dobbs at 12.7 points per game.
Junior guard Jen Dumiak has been putting up the most complete performances for the Eagles, tallying 10.7 points and 6.3 rebounds per outing.
