The Fordham water polo team concluded play at the 2010 ECAC Championship on Sunday, as they fell to John Hopkins in the fifth place game by a score of 9-6.
The Fordham offense was paced by Daniel Muñoz, who scored three times in the game. Nicholas Allen posted two goals with Victor Bautista Medina netting the final tally.
In net, Christian Flessner posted a season-high 12 saves.
After spending this weekend in Cambridge, the Fordham water polo team will return there next weekend for two CWPA Northern Division match-ups. The Rams will play at Harvard at 1:00 PM on Saturday, and then at MIT, beginning at 7:00 PM.
