Teaneck, N.J. - The Fordham men's soccer team opened their six-game spring schedule on Friday night with a 2-0 victory over Fairleigh Dickinson in Teaneck, N.J.

Fordham's D.J. Corrao opened the scoring with a goal on an assist from Matt DesRoches.

The Rams then sealed the win with a goal by 2009 Atlantic 10 Midfielder of the Year Tim Richardson, with the assists going to Felipe Gomez and Andre Seidenthal.

In net, Ryan Meara and Jon Bratincevic each played a half for the combined shutout.

The Fordham men's soccer team will next be in action on April 10th, when they host Long Island University on Murphy Field at 4:00 PM.
