WATER POLO SNAPS FOUR-GAME SLIDE WITH WIN OVER CONNECTICUT COLLEGE

New London, Conn. - Nine different Rams had at least one tally, while Timmy Will made 13 saves, as Fordham snapped a four-game slide with a 13-8 win over Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut.

With the win, Fordham improves to 10-11 overall, 2-4 in the Northern Division.

Four Rams had two goals each, led by Alex Powell, who had two goals and four steals on the afternoon. Jakob Muller posted two goals and a steal with Brian Jucas and Martin de Jong each having two goals.

Taylor Landesman and Paul Shrewsbury had a goal and a steal each, with Ryan Hultman, Kenny Gucker, and Tom Conroy having the final three goals.

Defensively, Andrew Dentinger had a pair of steals, while Will recorded two steals to go with his 13 saves.

The Fordham water polo team will next be in action on Tuesday, October 23rd as they host 12th-ranked St. Francis (NY) College at 7:30 PM in the Messmore Aquatic Center.
