Erin Fidaleo

Erin Fidaleo, a 2012 Fordham graduate and four-year member of the cheer team, was named head cheer coach for the Rams in September of 2021.
 
Fidaleo comes to Fordham after serving as head cheer coach at Cardinal Spellman High School in the Bronx. She was head of the program and managed a team of coaches for three separate and distinct teams competing at the local, regional, and national level. Her responsibilities included choreographing and teaching both game day and competition routines, including elite stunt sequences, dances, crowd leading, and tumbling.
 
On the national level, Fidaleo served at the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) in Memphis from 2008-2018, where she instructed and supervised national camps and clinics. She also participated in coaches’ training clinics and workshops and judged local and regional competitions.
 
As an undergraduate at Rose Hill, Fidaleo was a member of both the cheerleading squad and the Fordham Flava Dance Team. She competed at the 2010 UCA & UDA College Cheerleading and Dance National championship.
 
Fidaleo earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in English at Fordham in 2012 and also received a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Molloy College in 2016.
