The Fordham women's soccer team hosted an all-girls Youth Futsal Tournament on Saturday, March 5
th in the Lombardi Center Fieldhouse.
Two different bracket tournaments were held. Teams in the U9 and U10 groups played in the morning, while the U11-U13 squads played in the afternoon.
It was a competitive, fun experience for not only the kids but for the Fordham women's soccer players as the focus was on development of the youth players and being on the ball.
The day served as the beginning stages of building relationships between the youth female soccer players of the community with the Fordham women's soccer players.
