Round One Results
Malvern, Pa. - The Fordham University golf team opened play Monday at the Wildcat Invitational at White Manor Country Club, where the Rams are in fourth place after 18 holes.
Fordham was led by senior
Matt Schiller who fired an impressive one-under par 70 to sit in a tie for third place. Also competing for the Rams were
Joseph Trim,
Josh Madarang and
Tomas Nieves who all shot opening rounds of 74 to sit in a tie for 27
th place and
James Mongey who is one stroke behind with an opening round 75, good for a tie for 45
th place.
Freshman
Mithran Denbow, competing as an individual, opened with a 76 and is tied for 55
th place.
The Wildcat Invitational concludes with 18 holes on Tuesday.
