Orlando, Fla. – The Fordham men's tennis team's (14-7) season is over after it lost to #7 seed Saint Louis, 4-0, at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida on Thursday afternoon in the 2018 Atlantic 10 tournament. The Rams entered as the #10 seed.
After dropping the doubles point the Rams tried to rally in singles play but came up short as
Lutwin de Macar fell to David Ferragut 6-3, 6-3 at first singles, Juan Calero defeated
Fabian Hansch Mauritzson 6-1, 6-2 at third singles and Justin Nogalski clinched the match for the Billikens with a 7-6 (2), 6-3 victory over
Allen Thornes.
