Newport News, Va. - The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its weekly track & field awards on Tuesday, with Fordham's
Brian Cook named Men's Co-Track Performer of the Week.
It is the first weekly honor for Cook and the third for the men's program this indoor season.
After missing time last spring and this fall due to injury/illness, the senior had a breakout performance at the
Mike Massone Invitational, winning the 3,000-meter run in an IC4A qualifying time of 8:27.65.
Cook and the Rams return to action on Friday January 19 at the NYC Gotham Cup held at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island, N.Y. Events begin at 2 p.m.
