Kevin Anderson was named Corvias Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week, it was announced today. It is the first weekly honor of 2017 for Anderson and the fourth of his career.

In a 45-40 loss at Bryant University on Saturday, Anderson completed 27 of 42 passes for 366 yards and five touchdowns while also rushing four times for 27 net yards. The five touchdown passes ties his career-high for touchdown passes in a game and brings his career total to 69, tying him with John Skelton (2006-2009) for the school's all-time record. The 366 passing yards was Anderson's ninth career 300-yard game and the fourth-best game in his Fordham career.

On the year, Anderson has completed 87 of 137 passes for 1,055 yards and ten touchdowns. He is second in the Patriot League in passing efficiency (147.9) and passing touchdowns and third in passing yards and passing yards per game (263.8).

Over his career, Anderson has completed 517 of 804 passes for 6,962 yards and the 69 touchdowns. He ranks third on the Fordham career passing yards list and fourth on the career completions list.
