Hellertown, Pa. – The Fordham golf team is tied for second place after round one at the Coca-Cola Lehigh Valley Invitational hosted by Lehigh at Silver Creek Country Club in Hellertown, Pa.

The Rams were led by
Joseph Trim, who fired an even par 72, putting him in a tie for third place.

Right behind Trim is
Matt Schiller who shot a one over par 73 and is tied for seventh. Also competing for the Rams was
Oscar Cabanas who fired an opening round 75, good for a tie for 20
th place and
James Mongey and
Thomas Hayes who shot opening rounds of 76 and are currently tied for 27th.
Tomas Nieves, competing as an individual, also shot an opening round of 76.
