Bronx, N.Y. – The Fordham University men's basketball Rams continue their 2017-2018 season, the 115th season of varsity basketball at Rose Hill, by hosting the Florida A&M University Rattlers in the historic Rose Hill Gym on Thursday, December 21, at 7:00 p.m.

Fordham enters the game with a 4-6 record after a 75-63 loss at Rutgers on December 12 while Florida A&M is 1-13 after a 79-54 loss at Georgia Tech on Sunday.
Thursday night's contest will be the first meeting between Fordham and Florida A&M on the hardwood. The Rams are 7-3 all-time against teams currently in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).

• Freshman guard/forward
Ivan Raut was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for the week of December 11-17. In a 75-63 loss at Rutgers on December 12, Raut led all scorers with 19 points, shooting 6-for-12 from the field, including 5-for-10 from behind the arc and he connected on a pair of four-point plays.
• Senior guard
Will Tavares, who leads the Rams in scoring (17.0 ppg), has scored in double figures in each of the ten games this year.
• Junior guard
Joseph Chartouny notched his fifth career double-double in the win over Maine with 21 points and eleven rebounds, matching his career-high for rebounds.
• Chartouny leads the Atlantic 10 and is second in the NCAA this year in steals/game with 3.60.
• Chartouny has 186 career steals, good for seventh on the Fordham all-time list.
• Chartouny has 346 career helpers, tenth-best in school history.
• The 2017-2018 Rams are second the Atlantic 10 in scoring defense (64.8) and lead the league in three-point field goal percentage defense (.286), 15th best in the nation.
• Fordham also leads the league in steals with 111 (11.1/game).
