Stephanie Gaitley and the Fordham women's basketball program have announced the date and details for the third annual Ginny Doyle Coaches Clinic, to be held at the Rose Hill Gym on Thursday, October 26, at 6 p.m. Admission is free and all donations will benefit the Ginny Doyle Scholarship Fund.
Ginny Doyle was a former player of Coach Gaitley's and former associate head coach at the University of Richmond, whose life was tragically cut short in an accident in 2014. Any donations made at the clinic will benefit the scholarship fund that was created in her memory.
The clinic this year will feature head coach Denise Dillon and associate head coach Amy Mallon from Drexel University alongside Coach Gaitley and her associate head coach,
Angelika Szumilo. They will share some of their favorite drills, explain some philosophies, and answer any questions attendees might have. If interested, a spot (and a sandwich) can be reserved by emailing Director of Basketball Operations
