Bronx, N.Y. – One of several favorite yearly traditions of the Fordham women's basketball program is soon to be upon us, yet again, as the 2017 iteration of Brunch & Baskets is just under a month away. This year, the date will fall on Saturday, November 4, in the middle of Homecoming weekend.
 
The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. with a brunch and open practice in the Rose Hill Gym. Fans who attend will get to see the 2017-18 Rams, including nine new faces to the program, culminating in a scrimmage at the conclusion of practice.
 
Head coach Stephanie Gaitley will address the crowd, introduce the team, and take questions. Also speaking will be the event's honoree, Anne Gregory O'Connell, FCRH '80, a Fordham Hall of Famer and a recent New York City Basketball Hall of Fame inductee.
 
The price of admission is $30 per person and is free for children 12 years and younger.
