Makay Redd Named Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week

Bronx, N.Y. – Fordham senior placekicker Makay Redd was named Corvias Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week, it was announced today. It is the first weekly honor of 2016 for Redd and the third of his career.
 
In a season opening loss at Navy, Redd connected on three field goals, converting kicks of 30 yards in the first quarter, 23 in the third quarter and 31 in the fourth quarter. He also made good on his lone PAT. It was Redd's first three-field goal game of his career.
 
The Rams (0-1) return to action on Saturday, September 10, as they host Elizabeth City State University on Jack Coffey Field at 1:00 p.m.
