Old Westbury, N.Y. – Members of the Fordham men's and women's cross country squads competed today at the New York Tech Invitational where
Carlos Zervigon won the men's race while
Abigail Taylor was the top women's finisher, placing fifth overall.

The Fordham men were the lone Division I entry at the invitational while the women were bested by St. John's in the team competition.
Â
Zervigon covered the 8K course in a time of 27:30.12, over ten seconds ahead of teammate
Patrick Donahue, who placed second in 27:40.30.

On the women's side, Taylor covered the 5K course in a time of 20:42.38, just over ten seconds better than teammate
Olivia Gaudet, who placed sixth in 20:49.62.
