Bronx, N.Y. – The Fordham men's tennis team swept Drew University, 7-0, on Saturday afternoon and played outdoors on campus for the first time this spring. With the victory, the Rams move to 6-5 on the year.

The Rams earned the doubles point with three one-set victories.
Tomas Cosmai and
Joseph Kavaloski downed Vineet Vemulapally and Will Morrison, 6-1, before the freshman duo of
Victor Li and Christopher Caroli defeated Nick Lantieri and Cole Leckburg for the point.
Pedro Alonso and
Harris Durkovic also competed, in #2 doubles, and won, 7-5, over Adam Clark and Chris Morville.

Caroli, in his first spring singles contest, defeated Chris Thompson, 6-1, 6-1, in #5 singles. Alonso followed shortly thereafter with a 6-1, 6-3 victory over Vemulapally in #1 singles, and Kavaloski clinched the match with a 6-3, 6-1 win over Morrison in #3 singles.

Durkovic downed Daniel Melchiorre, 6-1, 6-0, in #6 singles,
Nick Borak came back and defeated Clark, 4-6, 6-0, 6-3 in #2 singlse, and
Cameron Posillico rallied for a 6-3, 6-7 (5-7), 10-3 win over Lantieri.

The Rams were scheduled to play Hartford on Sunday but the match has been postponed. Instead, Fordham's next contest comes on the road at Holy Cross on Wednesday, March 30.
