Bronx, N.Y. – Even though spring practice hasn't started yet, members of the Fordham football squad were busy this past weekend with a pair of charity events on campus.
Â
On Friday night, six football Rams participated in the Red Out Fashion Show in the McGinley Center Ballroom, an event that helps raise funds for the Special Olympics Club at Fordham (SO Fordham). The six joined other student-athletes in walking the runway in athletic wear, casual wear and formal wear.
Â
The Red Out was SO Fordham's biggest event of the year. To learn more about SO Fordham, read the article from The Ram:

Â
Joining the six football Rams were members of the women's basketball, golf, rowing, women's soccer, women's track and volleyball teams.
Â
On Saturday, the Rams participated in the Fordham Dance Marathon to benefit the fight against pediatric cancer because 46 kids are told they have cancer every school day and that's 46 too many. The Fordham Marathon Dance group partners with The B+ Foundation to help fund research and support families of kids with cancer nationwide. Find out more about The B+ Foundation at
