Newport News, Va. - The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its weekly men's golf award winners on Thursday with a Fordham Ram being honored. Junior
Joseph Trim was named Golfer of the Week.
It's the first weekly honor for a Ram golfer this season. Trim won the Lehigh Invitational at Saucon Valley Country Club this past weekend with rounds of 71-72 for a two day total of 143, good for a two shot victory. It was Trim's first career individual win. In addition to picking up the win, Trim carded his second career hole in one, acing the par 3 11th hole in round one.
The Rams wrapped up their fall season finishing 5th in the team event.
