Results

The Fordham Cross Country teams competed at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown in Boston, Mass. on Friday afternoon. Graduate runner Jonathan Annelli paced both squads with his 36^th place finish and 24:42.9, while the women were led by freshman Angelina Grebe's 118^th-place time of 18:43.6.
 
The men placed 10^th among 21 Division I programs. Annelli was followed by Quincy O'Connor (64^th – 25:08.3), Thomas Slattery (73^rd – 25:19.1), Mike Turi (75^th – 25:20.6), Nik O'Brien (78^th – 25:22.1), Adam Schwenzfeier (139^th – 26:19.1), and Ryan McGann (184^th -  27:41.3).
 
Grebe finished first of her teammates for the second consecutive week and helped Fordham to a 20^thplace team finish out of 24 schools. The freshman runner was followed by classmate Kate McCormack (142^nd – 18:59.9), Stephanie Leo (145^th – 19:01.1), Brynna Harum (157^th – 19:14), Brianne Roche (164^th – 19:20.4), and Rachel Picard (177^th – 19:41.9).
 
The Rams have next weekend off before hosting the Metropolitan XC Championship at Van Cortlandt Park on Friday, October 9. The first race is schedule to start at 2 p.m.
