Softball Announces Date for Fall Clinic

BRONX, N.Y. -- The Fordham softball program, which has won the last three Atlantic 10 Championships and is coming off one of the most successful seasons in its history, will hold its annual Fall Clinic at Bahoshy Field Monday, Oct. 12 (Columbus Day) from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., it was announced Monday by head coach Bridget Orchard.

All girls ages 7-18 are welcome to attend for the low price of 100 dollars. Participants will be provided with the basic fundamental and advanced techniques in softball. Emphasis is on developing players by exposing them to the latest and best methods to improve fundamentals, fitness, team and individual strategy.

Participants should also bring all personal softball equipment and water bottles. The first part of the clinic will feature offense, defense and fitness skill work, before a break for lunch. Afterwards, the campers will participate in softball games.
