New Orleans, La. - The U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the 2015 Division I All-Academic Track & Field teams with a total of 347 men's and women's teams earning the distinction as a result of earning a cumulative team GPA of 3.00 or higher. The Atlantic 10 Conference was once again a leader among the conferences for the 2014-15 season with a total of 19 teams represented, which included Fordham's men's and women's teams.

From a conference perspective, 12 Atlantic 10 women's teams were honored, which trailed only the Big Ten Conference, which had all 14 of their women's teams listed, while the seven Atlantic 10 men's teams honored were tied for the second most by a conference with the ACC, trailing on the Ivy League with eight.

Fordham was one of 123 schools nationally to have both its men's and women's team honored, joining fellow Atlantic 10 teams, Davidson, George Washington, La Salle, Massachusetts, Saint Joseph's and Saint Louis. The women's team from Dayton, George Mason, Rhode Island, Richmond and VCU were also honored.

The Fordham men's team was one of 123 men's teams honored nationally with a 3.32 GPA, which ranked first among Atlantic 10 schools, while the women were one of 224 squads with a 3.35 GPA, while the women were sixth among the Atlantic 10 schools.
