Women's ResultsThe Fordham track & field team began its final indoor meet of the season on Saturday, as the 2015 ECAC/IC4A Championship got underway at the BU Tennis & Track Center in Boston.

The Rams competed in eight events on day one, and saw three individuals and two relays qualify for Sunday's final.

The day began in the 1,000 meter run, where the senior duo of
Lester Taylor and
Jonathan Annelli both qualified for Sunday's final. Taylor finished second in his heat to qualify fourth with a time of 2:28.00, while Annelli recorded the eighth-best qualifying time at 2:27.34.

In the 5,000 meter run,
Quincy O'Connor earned 17
th place overall with a time of 14:44.56, while
Mike Turi was 22
nd in 15:20.42.

In the men's relays, Fordham's distance medley crew of Annelli,
Ian Williams,
Louis Santelli, and
Thomas Slattery qualified fifth for Sunday's final in a season-best time of 9:55.97, while the team of
Michael Campbell,
Daniel Green,
Devin Rocks, and
Nik O'Brien recorded a season-best time of 7:44.90 in the 4x800 relay to finish 11
th overall.

On the women's side, senior
Titi Fagade qualified first for the 500 meter final on Sunday with a school record time of 1:12.58, breaking her own mark of 1:12.85, set last year. Unfortunately, Fordham's other individual competitor,
Brianna Tevnan, was unable to finish the 5,000 meter event.

In the relays, Fordham's 4x800 relay qualified for Sunday's final, as
Melissa Higgins,
Danielle Rowe,
Mara Lieberman, and
Kristen Stuart qualified third in a season-best time of 8:49.45. Then in the 4x400 relay,
Jennifer Boerke,
Merissa Wright,
Kylie Farrell, and
Elise Tigani finished 18
th overall in 3:54.64.

In addition to the four finals on Sunday, Fordham will also be in the final of the women's distance medley relay.
