The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its weekly track & field awards on Tuesday, and Fordham's
Titi Fagade (Rutland, Mass.) was honored as the Women's Co-Performers of the Week.
For Fagade, it is her third weekly honor of the year and the fifth of her career.
Fagade had another outstanding week for the Fordham track & field team, as she won the 500 meter run at the 2015 Metropolitan Indoor Championship in a season-best time of 1:13.26, as the Rams finished third out of 14 teams. Her time currently ranks 14
th in the nation and first in the Atlantic 10.
Later in the 4x800 relay, Fagade ran the third leg of the race, as Fordham won that event in a season-best time of 9:09.49, which is currently 19
th-best in the country and the top mark in the conference.
Fagade and the rest of the Rams are back in action on February 13-14, when Fordham competes at the Valentine's Day Classic, hosted by Boston University.
