Bronx, N.Y. - The Fordham University football Rams continue their 2015 season as they host the Bucknell University Bison in a Patriot League matchup on Jack Coffey Field on Saturday, November 7, at 1:00 p.m.

Prior to the game, the Fordham University seniors will be honored in a special ceremony.

The game will be streamed live on the Patriot League Digital Network and can also be heard live on WFUV (90.7 FM) and on WFUVsports.org with Matt Moro (p-b-p), Kristian O'Hara (color) and Drew Casey (sidelines) handling the announcing chores.

#16/17 Fordham, the 2014 Patriot League champions, enters the game with a 7-2 overall record, 3-1 in the Patriot League, after a 31-29 Patriot League loss at Colgate last Saturday. Bucknell enters the game with a 4-4 overall record, 1-2 in the Patriot League, after a 35-24 league win at Lafayette last week.

This will be the 31st meeting between Fordham and Bucknell on the gridiron. The Bison lead the all-time series, which started in 1929, 18-12, but Fordham has taken the past two meetings, including a 30-27 overtime win at Bucknell last November 7 as Peter Maetzold completed 24 of 34 passes for 285 yards and two scores, including a ten-yard scoring strike to Tebucky Jones, Jr., in overtime to clinch the Patriot League title for the Rams.

A few notes on the game:

The Fordham captains will be Kevin Anderson, George Dawson, Stephen Hodge and Garrick Mayweather, Jr.

The scout team players of the week were announced following practice on Thursday: Charlie Murray (offense for defense), Nick Zawisha (defense for the offense) and Marcus Hicks (special teams).

The Fordham is one of four NCAA FCS teams to have two wins over an FBS opponent since 2013, joining North Dakota State, Bethune-Cookman and Portland State. The Rams are also one of six NCAA FCS teams to have a win over an NCAA FBS school in 2015.

The Rams have now been ranked in the top 25 for 38 straight weeks.

No New York area football team has won more games since 2012 than Fordham, who has amassed 36 victories over that stretch. The closest competitor is Rutgers, who has 26 wins over the past three-plus years while the NFL's Giants (who play more games in a season than the Rams) have 26 and the Jets 22.

Sophomore running back Chase Edmonds leads all of the NCAA Division I (FBS and FCS) in rushing touchdowns with 18 (Lamar's Kade Harrington has 17 while Houston's Greg Ward has 16). Edmonds is also second in the NCAA FCS in total rushing yards (1,444), behind Harrington's 1,550. He is also second in the NCAA FCS in rushing yards per game (160.4), third among all NCAA Division I rushers (Leonard Fournette of LSU is averaging 193.1 while Harrington is averaging 193.8).

Fordham freshman wide receiver Austin Longi was named Corvias Patriot League Rookie of the Week following the Colgate game. Longi caught ten passes for 107 yards and two touchdowns. Both his scores came in the final quarter as the Rams rallied from a 24-9 deficit with 20 fourth-quarter points. His first score was on a five-yard pass from Kevin Anderson with 12:36 left to make it a 24-16 game and his second was a seven-yard reception with 27 seconds left to pull Fordham within eight, 31-23.
