Brennan Delsing was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team, it was announced Thursday by the league.
Delsing was one of eight student-athletes who were selected by the conference's women's volleyball sports information directors (out of a pool of 30 nominees).
The Chesterfield, Mo. native has a tremendous 3.84 grade-point average as a business administration major. She also had a very solid year on the court, after switching to the libero position 11 matches into the season. Delsing was a right-side performer almost her entire career leading up to the change. Already a three-time member of the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll, a fourth selection will be in her future.
Delsing led the Rams with 292 digs, and she also tied her career high with 22 earlier this season against Coppin State. Delsing also established career highs in both assists (5 vs. Rider and Saint Peter's in back-to-back matches) and service aces (5 vs. Saint Peter's) as well.
