The 2015 iteration of the Metropolitan Cross Country Championship was another banner day for the Fordham cross country teams as
Jonathan Annelli and the men's squad successfully defended their Met individual and team titles, and the women's team, led by sophomore
Stephanie Leo, claimed second place, behind four top-20 finishes, for the second year in a row.

Annelli cleared the field by eight seconds and finished with a time of 26:28.8. He was followed by

Leo's 19:31.2 finish earned her 10
th place and she finished right beside freshman
Kate McCormack (11
th – 19:32.4), and
Rachel Picard (13
th – 19:36.0). The trio were followed by

Leo, Picard, Harum, and Roche all improved upon their times from the Fordham Fiasco and both Leo and Picard also improved their final standings. Fordham was also the only program to finish with five top-25 runners.

Both teams now set their sights towards the Atlantic-10 Championships, held on Halloween, in Richmond, Va. Races are scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
