Bronx, N.Y. (January 15, 2015) - The ranks of Fordham University Athletic Hall of Fame will grow by seven on Saturday, February 7
th, as the Rams induct the newest class at the annual Hall of Fame Awards Lunch at 1:30 p.m. in Fordham's McGinley Center located on the school's Bronx campus.

Joining the likes of such Fordham notables as Frankie Frisch, Vince Lombardi, Vin Scully, Wellington Mara and Peter Harnisch will be
Erin Brooks, GSB '04 (Softball),
Matt DiBuono, FCRH '09 (Track & Field),
Dominique Liguori Damian, FCRH '09 (Tennis),
Mark Porcaro, FCRH '04 (Track & Field),
Marcus Stout, GSB '08 (Basketball),
Kevin Sullivan, GSB '74 (Water Polo), and
Marcus Taylor, GSB '07 (Football).

Here is a brief synopsis for the newest Hall of Famers:

Brooks was accomplished both on the field and in the classroom, being named Second Team Academic All-America
® as a senior in 2004 and Third Team Academic All-America
® as a junior in 2003. She was the recipient of the 2004 Hobbs Family Award as the school's outstanding female athlete as well as the winner of the 2004 Ben Harter Award. Brooks helped the Fordham softball team to its first ever 30-win season in 2003 and set the Fordham record for runs scored in a season as a junior (since broken). She is currently in seventh place on the Fordham all-time stolen base list (23).

Dominique Liguori Damian, FCRH '09DiBuono is one of the most accomplished weight throwers in Fordham track and field history, winning five Atlantic 10 title in his career and being named the 2006 Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Meet. He qualified for the NCAA Regionals twice and the NCAA championship once and set school hammer throw (214' 4") and 35 lb. weight throw (63' 7.5") records. Voted Athlete of the Meet at the 2009 Metropolitan Outdoor Championship where he won the hammer, discus and shot DiBuono also won the hammer in the College Championship at the 2009 Penn Relays and placed third at the 2009 IC4A Outdoor Championship before finishing 14
th at the 2009 NCAA Outdoor Championships.

Liguori is one of the top women's tennis players in Fordham history and joins her mother and current women's tennis coach,
Bette-Ann Speliotis Liguori in the Fordham Athletic Hall of Fame, becoming the first mother-daughter combination in the Hall of Fame. Â She was a four-year team MVP and compiled a perfect 19-0 in singles action as a senior, which included winning the Eastern Collegiate Invitational as the #1 seeded player. Liguori did not lose a dual singles match in last two years at Fordham and was named First Team All-Atlantic 10 in 2007 and 2009 and Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in 2008.

Porcaro one of the top 400m runners for the Rams was the 2002 Atlantic 10 Indoor 400m champion, becoming the first Fordham runner to win an event at the Atlantic 10 Championships. He also took gold at the 2003 Atlantic 10 Outdoor 400m and earned Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors with the 4x400 relay twice. A 14-time Atlantic 10 Championship scorer and 12-time Metropolitan Conference Championship scorer, Porcaro holds the Fordham indoor 400m record (48.11) and is a four-time team MVP. He was the inaugural recipient of the Atlantic 10 Sporting Award and received the 2004 Terence J. O'Donnell Award.

Stout, who is sixth on the Fordham all-time men's basketball scoring list with 1,709 points, was a four-year starter for the Rams from 2004-2008. He is also second on the Fordham career three-pointers made list with 259. Stout was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team in 2005 and was an Honorable Mention All-Atlantic 10 selection as a junior in 2007. As a senior in 2007-2008, Stout averaged 15.1 ppg while adding a team-best 85 assists and was second on the team with 29 steals. He ranked among the Atlantic 10 leaders in scoring (12
th), three-pointers made (seventh) and field goal percentage (14
th) that winter.

Marcus TaylorSullivan, a four-year member of the water polo squad, was a starter for 1973 team that qualified for Easterns where the Rams took second place. He was nominated by the tournament coaches to the All-East Team after not allowing a goal at Easterns. A four-year starter in water polo, Sullivan was on a Fordham team that qualified for Eastern all four years. As a swimmer, Sullivan qualified for Eastern Championships all four years.

Taylor was named a 2006 All-American as well as the 2006 Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year. He led team that year, and was second in the Patriot League, with 116 total tackles while in 2007 he led league in both forced fumbles and fumbles recovered. Nationally, Taylor was ranked eleventh nationally in the FCS in total tackles and 50th in tackles for a loss in 2006. A Second Team All-Patriot League pick as a junior, he was second in the League and 17
th in the NCAA FCS in tackles in 2005.

Check in for the 2015 Hall of Fame ceremony will begin at 1:00 p.m. with lunch being served at 1:30 p.m. The formal induction ceremony will begin at approximately 2:15 p.m. New York Yankees announcer, and Fordham alum, Michael Kay will serve as the Master of Ceremony at the lunch.Â

Following the ceremony, the Hall of Famers will attend the Fordham-Saint Louis men's basketball game in the Rose Hill Gym at 4:00 p.m., a game that will be televised live on the NBC Sports Network, with the new class being introduced to the crowd at halftime.
