Prior to the start of the CWPA Championship, which will be held at Navy, the league announced its 2014 All-Conference Teams and major award winners. Among those honored were Fordham's
Noah LeBeau (Long Beach, Calif.), who was named First Team All-Northern Division, and
R.J. Simmons (Irvine, Calif.), who was named Second Team All-Northern Division.
This marks the third straight All-Conference honor for LeBeau, who received Second Team honors each of the last two season, whil it is the first All-Conference nod for Simmons.
LeBeau was once again outstanding in his role as Fordham's last line of defense. He was the CWPA Northern Division Defensive Player of the Week twice this season, as he totaled 274 saves in 31 games this season, posting a 9.15 goals against average. He also added 10 assists, 31 steals, and four penalty blocks.
Simmons was the Rams' top offensive threat this season, leading the team in goals (54), assists (42), points (96), and extra-man goals (20). He also had 41 steals on the year, which was third on the squad to go with six field blocks.
