Under head coach
Joe Moorhead, the Rams have become very adept at protecting their home turf, winning 15 of the 16 home contests over the past two-plus years, all seven in 2013, including the NCAA FCS Championship win over Sacred Heart. The only home loss for Fordham under Moorhead was the season finale in 2012 when the Rams missed a two-point conversion in the closing seconds that would have sent the game with Colgate to overtime.
The Rams have won their past 12 games on Jack Coffey Field, tied with Coastal Carolina for the second longest active home winning streak in the NCAA FCS (North Dakota State has a 19-game home winning streak).
