Bronx, N.Y. – The Patriot League released the 2022 preseason All-League team and for the third straight season Fordham senior quarterback
Tim DeMorat was named the Preseason Offensive Player of the Year.

In team predictions, the Rams were picked to finish second behind three-time defending champions Holy Cross. The Crusaders (10-3, 6-0 PL) received 71 points and 11 first-place votes while Fordham (6-5, 4-2 PL) was picked second in the preseason poll with 61 points and two first-place votes.

Joining DeMorat in receiving preseason accolades from the Fordham offense are

Fotis Kokosioulis (Sr., WR),
Phil Saleh (Sr., OL),
Trey Sneed (Gr., RB) while
Jonathan Coste (Sr., DL) and
Ryan Greenhagen (Gr., LB), were named preseason all-conference from the defense.

• Appeared in three games on the defensive line in 2021 after recovering from injury, staring one.

• Recorded eight tackles, five solo, including 3.5 for loss versus Holy Cross.
• Finished with two stops, including one sack, at Colgate.

• Helped Rams ranked second in the PL and 18th in the NCAA FCS in scoring offense (33.6 points/game).
