One of the top scorers in Fordham women's swimming history, Grein-Aylmer still holds five individual school records and is a member of two record-setting relay teams. She held individual marks in the 500 freestyle (5:06.04), the 100 back-stroke (59.57), 200 backstroke (2:05.23), the 200 IM (2:07.50) and the 400 IM (4:29.78) and was a member of the record-setting 200 (1:38.76) and 400 freestyle relay teams (7:45.52).
 
Grein-Aylmer was the recipient of the 1993 Terrence J. O'Donnell Memorial Award presented to the Fordham athlete who best exemplifies the qualities of sportsmanship, loyalty, dedication, and self-discipline.
