The all-time winningest coach for the Fordham women's basketball program, Kathleen Mosolino posted a 114-48 record in her six seasons at the helm of the Rams.
In her third season, Mosolino's 1977-78 team won the AIAW Eastern Regional, falling to Pepperdine in the Small College Championship.  The following year, the Rams set a program record for wins (27), winning the New York State and AIAW Eastern Regional Division I titles.  Fordham made it to the final eight of the National Tournament, and Mosolino was a finalist for National Coach of the Year honors.
In her final season, Fordham again won the New York State Championship for the 1979-80 season with a 20-14 record.
Additionally, she served as the Assistant Director for Women's Athletics and volleyball coach (1974-76) during her time at Fordham.
