Fordham University Athletics

Ennis Gray was an outstanding runner for Fordham University in the late 1940's. Among his numerous accomplishments were first place finishes in the Metro Association AAU 440 hurdles, 220 low hurdles, and 440 yard run. Gray was also a part of several championship relay teams, and captained the Rams in the 1948 season. Gray also placed 4th in the 1948 Olympic Trials in the 400 meter hurdles.
